| June 29, 2013. A benefit ride for the Wye River Upper School and Camp Lazy Days
Good news! We have added a 30-mile route this year.
Cycle the second annual Two Rivers
Bike Ride from historic Centreville, MD. The 15, 30, 65, and
100 mile
routes are scenic rides on wide-shouldered and back roads along
the many rolling hills of Queen
Anne’s County that include sweeping views of the Corsica and
Chester rivers. Cue sheets will
be
supplied to keep you on track as you navigate the beautiful
Queen Anne's countryside. Sweaty after the ride? Commitment
Fitness is offering a free shower
at 123 Courseville Dr., Centreville. Then, have lunch and shop in town
- or enjoy our wharf on the Corsica River! Or, how about ice cream? Two Reasons to Ride
Wye
River Upper School
-
Your ride will help a local high school student with a learning
difference like dyslexia, ADHD, or Aspergers Syndrome succeed
in school. Proceeds of the ride go to
the WRUS financial aid fund to support a student who needs
personalized and rigorous instruction from trained and caring
teachers. |
